Our Services

How do we help? What do we do?

Process Work:
Process Oriented Psychology, also known as Process Work, is a powerful approach to understanding and facilitating individual and collective transformation. Developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell, this therapeutic modality bridges psychology, physics, and spirituality, focusing on the alchemy of change within our minds, bodies, and environments.

In Process Work, we explore Primary and Secondary processes. The Primary Process represents our conscious identity, while the Secondary Process encompasses less conscious parts of our experience, often manifesting in dreams, body symptoms, fantasies, inner characters, and relationship dynamics. By bringing awareness to these inner parts, clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, growth and transformation.

Clinical Counselling:
Sometimes, psychotherapy isn’t what a person needs at that moment in time, so we also offer a counselling service for short to mid term support for specific issues. Taking inspiration from evidence-based approaches ranging from Humanistic, Person-Centred, Strengths-based, Compassion-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, we tailor the sessions and interventions for you in an integrative way which best serves your needs.

Emotional Freedom Technique/ EFT:
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emerging evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines elements of cognitive therapy, exposure, mindfulness/regulation and acupressure. It involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on distressing emotions or physical symptoms. This method helps express distress in a manner which keeps the body and brain regulated, allows a person to process thoughts, events or emotions, and eases the emotional charge permanently so people can be free of their overwhelm. By addressing emotional blockages and promoting regulation, EFT supports overall mental health and wellbeing, providing a scientifically-supported tool for personal growth and healing.

Logotherapy:
Logotherapy, developed by Dr. Viktor Frankl, before, during and after his experiences as a WW2 concentration camp prisoner is a therapeutic approach rooted in the belief that finding meaning in life is essential for mental health and wellbeing. This existential therapy focuses on helping individuals discover purpose and significance in their experiences, even in the face of suffering. By identifying personal values and goals, Logotherapy empowers clients to transcend their current challenges and cultivate a deeper sense of fulfillment and resilience.

Mindfulness and Meditation:
Mindfulness and Meditation are powerful practices that foster clarity, emotional stability, and overall healing. By cultivating present-moment awareness, these techniques help individuals reduce stress, manage anxiety, and enhance their focus. Rooted in centuries-old traditions and supported by modern scientific research, Mindfulness and Meditation encourage a deeper connection to oneself and the world. Together we can help you develop greater resilience, stress resourcing, peace, wellbeing and personal/spiritual development.
